I WILL CHARGE $25 FOR THIS CLASS AND YOU WILL GO HOME WITH FRESH CANNED APPLE SAUCE OR OTHER SEASONAL SAUCE SUCH AS CRANBERRY SAUCE OR RELISH.
This is the first step in learning how to can. It is used for canning foods like jams, jellies and pickles.
This is a more advanced class requiring more time. You also have to complete the first class "Hot Water Bath Canning".
